Privacy Policy.

We collect the information you enter in our forms, such as your name, phone number, email, postcode, area, and details about your dog, plus basic analytics data like pages visited and the page or campaign that brought you here.

We use that information to respond to your request, to refer you to a local groomer, and to understand which pages are helpful. Our lawful basis is your consent, which you give by ticking the box on the form. We share your request with the groomer or business we refer you to so they can contact you.

We do not sell your information to data brokers. If you agree to calls, texts or emails, we and the groomer we refer you to may contact you about your request. You can withdraw consent at any time by telling us through the contact form, and you can ask to stop any message you receive.

Under UK data protection law you can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, and you can object to how we use it. Use our contact form to do so. If you are unhappy with our response you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk. Some of our systems are hosted outside the UK, and we use appropriate safeguards where that applies.
